Es el título de una canción muy conocida para los que tenemos algunos añitos, fue escrita por Bob Geldof y Midge Ure en 1984 con el propósito de recaudar fondos ante la gran hambruna que sufría Etiopía en ese año. La canción creada para ser difundida en el mercado navideño se estrenó con las voces de BAND AID, una banda solidaria creada por la causa que contó con los mejores artistas de la época ( y que lo siguen siendo) , a los que se pudo ver juntos en un macro concierto llamado LIVE AID.
